Can I take the equipment out of State? No this is against our Terms and Conditions found here:
When can I pickup the trailer? For pickups we are requiring you to pickup during our warehouse office hours Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm
What about drop off, can I drop off after hours? YES! we want to make it easy so you don't have to rush back. We have a automated check-in system
How do I hookup the trailers? We have created these instructional videos and instructions on how to attach the trailers as well on tips on how to safely haul your stuff.
What happens if I damage the equipment? We offer insurance you can buy at check for beyond normal wear and tear issues. If there is significant damage we will be holding the security deposit.
Why do I need to provide a copy of my license? This is a requirement to ensure you are eligible and legal to drive the equipment off our property.
